What is Stillwood Camp and Conference Centre?

Amidst breathtaking beauty, Stillwood is set in Columbia Valley, in the Lower Mainland of BC. Our prime 100 acres, enveloped in majestic trees, border on Provincial park land and overlook beautiful Cultus Lake, near Chilliwack. Meals of a high standard are served  regularly, as old and new friends break bread together, the buzz around the tables amplifies the signature atmosphere of joy and celebration. The facilities and staff strike a balance between excellence and humility. Our summer camp programs host approximately 2,500 campers each summer. Throughout the year hundreds of guest groups visit our campus.

What amenities are available at Stillwood?

  • Two dorm-style lodges: Each lodge can accommodate 100 guests, with 6-7 sets of bunks in 8 rooms each, and offers shared bathrooms (eight toilets, eight showers, eight sinks).
  • Maple Lodge: Offers 12 hotel-style rooms complete with en suite bathrooms that can accommodate single guests and even families of 4 people.
  • We have several lodges that will accommodate 19-40 people
  • Our facility is wheelchair-accessible.

Can I request to be in the same room as my friend/colleague?

Yes. Please make your housing requests when you register.

Should I bring a sleeping bag and pillow?

There is an option to add a “linen package” to registration for $25 per bed for the duration of your stay. Linen package includes: sheets, blankets, pillow, pillow case, and bath towel.

What can I expect of meals during the conference?

Stillwood prepares food for thousands of satisfied guests annually. In addition to tasty entrées, meals will include fresh baked goods, desserts, a variety of healthy salads, and hearty homemade soups.

Will snacks be available in between meals?

Yes – lots of fresh fruit, cookies and other goodies (plus fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate) will be available throughout the conference. Help yourselves!

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?

Absolutely. Stillwood requires advance notice of any guest’s dietary needs. Please note any and all food allergies on your registration form.

I have extreme allergies and would be more comfortable providing my own food. Is this okay?

In extreme cases, Stillwood can accommodate a guest’s own food. However, our food service staff are regularly asked to service extreme dietary needs and always meet the challenge with flair, so we discourage people from bringing food on site. Please e-mail info@bccampingconference.ca to discuss your needs.
